The Kilt Creations assumes no responsibility whatsoever for your use of the Service. It is for your sole, personal use and you may not distribute your user name and password allowing others to use the service through your membership. You will not communicate, publish or display to any other Member any form of defamatory, slanderous, offensive, inaccurate, abusive, profane, obscene, sexually offensive, threatening, harassing, racial, or illegal material, including but not limited to nude photos of yourself or others, pornographic photos or images and any other type of unlawful or unacceptable material, as decided by Kilt Creations. This Agreement, accepted by you upon registering for the Service, contains the entire agreement between you and Realnigerian.com regarding the Service and the Site, including the Realnigerian.com Privacy Policy. In the event of any conflict between the Privacy Policy and this Agreement, this Agreement shall control. Unless otherwise explicitly stated, the Terms will survive termination of your membership to the Service. This agreement shall terminate immediately and without notice if you breach any of the Terms, subject to the survival of all rights and reservations of Realnigerian.com. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid, the remainder of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect |
