| What is a username? How is it important? |
|
| Your username is very important because it is unique and identifies you, while allowing us to protect your privacy. The username serves as your login and as your contact within the Realnigerian community. Be sure to make your username between 4 to 20 characters in length. |

| Can I change my username? |
|
| Unfortunately, you will not be able to change your username. Once you register, your username becomes the unique name we use to identify you and your Real Nigerian account. |

| Can I change my password after registering? |
|
| Yes, you can certainly change your password at any time. Additionally, if you have reason to believe that your account is no longer secure, notify us immediately and promptly change your password by updating your account information. |

| What can I do if I forget my username or password? |
|
| We can send your username and password directly to the e-mail address that is linked to your Realnigerian account. Use the Forgot? feature available on the login screen. |

| How and why should I rate member profiles? |
|
| Take this as an opportunity to rate members' profiles on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the highest rating. Rating profiles is an anonymous process. Members will not know who rated them, although they will know their average profile rating. Think of the profile rating tool as an opportunity for feedback from other members. By using feedback to enhance your profile, you will improve your chances of having your profile viewed and appreciated. You may rate a profile only once. |

| Do I have to log in and out of Realnigerian.com each time I visit? |

| You can protect yourself against the unauthorized use of your account by logging in and out with each visit. This will be particularly important when accessing Realnigerian.com via public computers. |

| Can I change or update my email address and personal information after registering? |

| Yes, you can change both your email address and personal information by updating your account information. |

| Will my first and last names be kept confidential? |

| Members have the option of making their first and last names hidden or available for others. If you would like people to be able to search for you on the site, then you will need to make your name available. |
